Office Areas

Dust furniture, desks, chairs, credenzas, tables, cabinets, shelves and computer screens. Tables and countertops will be disinfected. Vacuum all carpet areas, edge carpets. Dust wall decoration pictures. Close designated office doors upon completion of cleaning.

Kitchen & Break Room Areas

Damp wipe and disinfect table tops, counters, and exteriors of cabinets. Mop resilient floor areas and spot clean to remove spills and stains. Clean and sanitize sinks. Wipe fridge outside. Empty trash containers and garbage taken to a designated area

Porter Service:

Porter Service May Include:

• Empty and clean all trash receptacles
• Replace trash liners
• Clean all trash receptacles
• Trash/litter pick up in all exterior common areas of the property and/or parking lot
• Removal of all fliers and other materials not authorized by Property Management
• All Windowsills and exterior store fronts wiped down and all cobwebs removed
• Light Bulb Maintenance of all common areas
• All Gum on sidewalk to be scraped on a Weekly basis
• Police all parking lot for trash
• Police all berms for trash
• Any regular or bagged trash in dumpster enclosure to be placed inside of dumpster

Your reception areas give your visitors their first impression of you and your company. We dust furniture and computer screens, disinfect table tops and polish glass. Empty trash containers. Clean entrance glass and internal windows, removing fingerprints and smudges.

Visitor Areas

Your meeting rooms and visitor areas are an important part of your daily office experience. We dust, disinfect table tops and remove trash & recycling. We spot clean walls, partitions * light switches for marks, smudges and graffiti.

Property Management:

We clean and sanitize restroom fixtures including toilet bowls, toilet seats, urinals, sinks and countertops. We clean and polish mirrors, glass, dispensers and chrome fixtures while disinfecting garbage bins on a regular basis.
